Installed in as diverse locations as airports to cafes, Penton’s Ateis line of DSP products is a solution to a myriad of audio challenges. Built on industry-standard SHARC chip (by Analog Devices) technology, our DSP products offer state-of-the-art solutions to everyday audio processing and distribution challenges. Our flagship product, the DSPA (US Patent Pending), marries a full-blown 8x8 ‘drag-and-drop’ audio processor with a 4-channel 70v/8-Ohm amplifier, 80 watts per channel. Features such as programmable, scalable knobs, customizable front panels, and a library of pre-engineered designs make the DSPA the most revolutionary DSP product on the market today. Easy to use for both novice and expert DSP programmers.
The UAP G2 is a significant new development in DSP technology extending the range of the DSPA to include a completely stackable platform, link up to 12 units, and connect over the internet from a remote location to monitor, control, and trouble shoot the system. Many, many other features also makes the UAP G2 the most competitive platform on the market.
The LAP (Linked Audio Processor) is designed for larger projects and more advanced installations. Platforms are offered with several I/O structures: 12x4, 4x12, 8x8, 0x12 and 12x0. Boxes link via Fiber Optic cable (up to 12 miles between units) or via the ATEIS proprietary ethernet protocol, without the need for Cobra-Net. Use as an advanced DSP linked system, or simply as a cost-effective means to transport 16 channels of audio over fiber optic cable.
Other products include the UAP88 – similar to the UAP G2, but with less features and processing power. With a very low dealer cost, the UAP 88 is an 8x8 drag'n drop DSP processor that is a perfect fit for smaller installations where DSP is normally not within the budget.
